Halong Bay Cruise

Halong Bay Cruise. Cruise HaLong Bay, in the Gulf of Tonkin, includes some 1,600 islands and islets, forming a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars. Because of their precipitous nature, most of the islands are uninhabited and unaffected by a human presence. The site’s outstanding scenic beauty is complemented by its great biological interest. In 1994 Halong bay was designated as Vietnam’s second United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) World Heritage site.

Viewed from above, Halong Bay resembles a geographic work of art. While exploring the bay, you feel lost in a legendary world of stone islands. There is Man’s Head Island, which resembles a man standing and looking towards the mainland. Dragon Island looks like a dragon hovering above the turquoise water. La Vong Island resembles an old man fishing. There are also the islands of the Sail, the Pair of Roosters, and the Incense Burner, which all astonishingly resemble their namesakes. The forms of the islands change depending on the angle of the light and from where the islands are viewed. At the core of the islands, there are wonderful caves and grottoes, such as Thien Cung (Heavenly Residence Grotto), Dau Go (Driftwood Grotto), Sung Sot (Surprise Grotto), and Tam Cung (Three Palace Grotto).

There are quite many offers for  Halong bay cruise at the moment in the bay area. We will recommend you some types of boat cruise to spend the night on board and enjoy the scenery of the bay, making sure that your Halong bay cruise will be a good lifetime cruise experience in Vietnam.
